process as follows:
Step 1: Customers please access the home page of GOL Tailormade, click on a Tailor address to view their collections. Customers can click on a sample to zoom in or click the button “Order” to order the selected sample.
Step 2: At this time, customers are informed total amount of the order which includes price, transportation cost and handling fee. If agree, customers choose the button “Continue” to move to the measurement page.
Step 3: The standard measurements are arranged in order. To complete the measurement form precisely, please put the mouse on the order numbers to see the instruction image illustrated on the left side. After completing the form and your additional description or notes if any, please click the button “Accept”.
Step 4: Customers choose method of transportation and payment, fill in the receiver’s information and then, choose “Submit”.
Step 5: Customers view the whole order again. If agree, click the button “Finish” to finish an order online.
Right after receiving the online order, GOL Tailormade will send a confirmation email to customers for final consider. If the order is correct, customers please confim one more time by replying this email to us and then process your payment according to the selected payment method.
As soon as the payment is made, the tailor will process the order and finish after 1 week. Then, the product will be immediately sent to destination.

01. Cash payment to deliverer
If the place of payment and the delivery address are the same, GOL will collect money when delivering. If not, GOL will collect money before delivery. Customers are requested to fix the time of payment while ordering. Customers also can settle the cash payment at the following offices of GOL CO., LTD.:

04. Credit card payment
Accepted credit cards are Visa, Master, American Express, Connect 24 Hours, JCB Cards & Diners Club International.
To protect your credit card's information as well as to avoid your losses in case its information was stolen from other websites, you are requested to fax both sides of the credit card together with your signature to our fax number 84.8.8230877 for the first order.
You also can fax the credit card's information to our branches in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Can Tho, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Tokyo or USA at the addresses mentioned above.
GOL will not store your card information on database system to ensure its security.
05. Payment through Western Union
You can pay in cash, by credit card, cheque or bank account by using Western Union express money transfer service as follows:

07. Payment by GOLD CARD and/or GIFT CARD
Gold Card is a prepaid card issued by Golmart E-supermarket to pay for orders/services promptly on Golmart website.
If you have a Gold card and want to use it for payment, please choose the mode of payment “GOLD CARD”. Instantly you are requested to fill 02 digits of your PIN into the respective red blanks on the screen. Eg: Your PIN is KRMGTX
When you are requested to fill the second and fifth PIN, you will type “R” in the second blank and the “T” in the fifth blank.
If you enter incorrect the PIN once, you can try two more times, and the position of the required digits of PIN will be randomly changed after each wrong entry.
If you entry the PIN 03 wrong times, you are not allowed to re-enter. Your card is temporarily locked for the sake of your benefits. Please contact Golmart or GOL to unlock the card or choose another mode of payment.
In case your order value exceeds the card value, you can pay more by other accepted methods. As soon as receiving full payment, the order will be immediately processed.
